Kelly is by far the best eyebrow practitioner in Norwich! She really takes care and an interest in getting the best result for you long term depending on your skin type and lifestyle factors and eyebrows always look fab! She’s a lovely kind lady and I will never go anywhere else thanks Kelly x

10/10 The best massage I have ever had. A professional and welcoming environment. Lisa removed all of the pain, tension and stiffness in my back - I get a massage 4x a year and this is undoubtedly the best place I have been. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I visited M&M Aesthetics at Wensum Valley Golf Club, to have a couple of skin tags removed. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. The procedure was quick and easy. They even did a couple of extra tags at no extra charge 🙂

Kelly is always great every time I see her. We are currently working through brow ink loft/removal ready to start again with a fresh set of brows after 4 years since my first ones. She is always kind, informative and professional and does a great job and I will never ever go anywhere else! ☺️

I came to shannon for my classic lash extension course after hearing very good things about her and i honestly couldn’t recommend her enough ! she was so patient, supportive and explained everything so clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole day. She took the time to make sure i understood every step and always offered to show me again if i needed, i learnt so much and left feeling so excited for this new chapter, I would highly recommend shannon to anyone wanting to start their lash journey! I returned to Mandy this year after such a great experience last year, and once again she was absolutely fantastic. This time I had IPL and CO₂ laser treatment on a scar from my lip lift, and throughout the appointment I felt completely confident that I was in expert hands. Mandy is warm, professional and genuinely cares about achieving the best possible results for her clients. The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful, with such a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I travel down every year, and next time I’ll definitely be planning a few extra days for treatments :)
