Mel cared about my comfort during the treatment and made my first Deso Body experience as comfortable as possible, i also appreciated Rosie being on hand with cooling ice packs, which really helped straight after.

Am absolutely thrilled with the miracle Mel has performed today on my nose! I was so nervous about going to have filler as I had been put off from the horror stories you see online. I had an initial consultation then still had many questions, so I contacted Mel who again took the time to answer clearly and honestly and reassured me. In my appointment Mel and Rosie made me feel calm and safe and I am so pleased with the outcome. I have had semi permanent make up lip blush and laser hair removal on my armpits with Eleanor and she is amazing, my lips were absolutely perfectly shaped by Eleanor, she’s a perfectionist. I have 2 more laser sessions left but already am pretty much hair free. Thanks Eleanor 🥰

Kelly is always great every time I see her. We are currently working through brow ink loft/removal ready to start again with a fresh set of brows after 4 years since my first ones. She is always kind, informative and professional and does a great job and I will never ever go anywhere else! ☺️

10/10 The best massage I have ever had. A professional and welcoming environment. Lisa removed all of the pain, tension and stiffness in my back - I get a massage 4x a year and this is undoubtedly the best place I have been. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I visited M&M Aesthetics at Wensum Valley Golf Club, to have a couple of skin tags removed. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. The procedure was quick and easy. They even did a couple of extra tags at no extra charge 🙂

Bryony is such a lovely lady. So professional and so calm and I think I would trust her with any procedure. I came back for maintenance filler and Botox, my last procedure was two years ago.
