Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

Always a great experience with Mel, I had a Vitaran top up which I have had before, but great to learn about some new treatments especially the charcoal facial which I have now booked. Highly recommend Mel.

Sue is the ultimate skincare queen. She’s the only person I have ever gone back to for a facial as I’ve always felt something wasn’t quite right with other facialist. She blows my mind with how knowledgable she is around the skin and skin care. No question is ever too silly and she is always so welcoming and calm when I visit, I feel like I’m chatted with a friend! I had Microneedling for the first time and whilst I can’t comment on the results as of yet, I’m excited to see the results in a few more treatment time.

Another personalised facial today, this is my third facial with Sue and she continues to impress me with her knowledge and adaptability to my skincare issues I raise. I’ve always been extremely conscious of my skin and feeling exposed under a light and for someone to be that close to my imperfections, however she makes me feel super comfortable and calm.

I have never felt so relaxed during a treatment. Sue answered all my questions, explained everything and that was even before we started. Mel cared about my comfort during the treatment and made my first Deso Body experience as comfortable as possible, i also appreciated Rosie being on hand with cooling ice packs, which really helped straight after.

I’ve been seeing Sue since last year for HydraFacials and Dermaplaning in preparation for my wedding, and the results have been amazing. Divine facial with outstanding results. The Thirst, Drench & Quench with micro needles has rejuvenated my tired dull winter skin. Totally worth the investment.
