I came to shannon for my classic lash extension course after hearing very good things about her and i honestly couldn’t recommend her enough ! she was so patient, supportive and explained everything so clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole day. She took the time to make sure i understood every step and always offered to show me again if i needed, i learnt so much and left feeling so excited for this new chapter, I would highly recommend shannon to anyone wanting to start their lash journey! Am absolutely thrilled with the miracle Mel has performed today on my nose! I was so nervous about going to have filler as I had been put off from the horror stories you see online. I had an initial consultation then still had many questions, so I contacted Mel who again took the time to answer clearly and honestly and reassured me. In my appointment Mel and Rosie made me feel calm and safe and I am so pleased with the outcome. Bryony is such a lovely lady. So professional and so calm and I think I would trust her with any procedure. I came back for maintenance filler and Botox, my last procedure was two years ago.
