Yuma was the one who did the head spa for me. She knows her stuff. I really appreciate that she put in just the perfect amount of strength in the massage, as I had masseuses put in too much strength or too little in the past. You can tell she puts in a lot of attention in her techniques, doesn't half-ass anything, and treats her clients extremely courteously like someone from Japan. The whole experience was quite relaxing too, as I nearly fell asleep during some portions. I would come here again if I am a Vancouver resident, but I live in Toronto!!!! People in Vancouver are blessed.

I had a fantastic experience at Cafuné! I have very dense, naturally curly, and coarse hair, and after two bad haircuts and even some self-cutting, my hair was a disaster when i saw chiaki. On top of that, I had a very specific style in mind, so I was nervous going in. But the result came out exactly the way I wanted. It’s been about a month now, and I still love my haircut so much. Thank you Chiaki for helping me appreciate my natural curly hair after so many years of straightening it.

I had such an amazing experience today.Honestly, I’ve been in a pretty bad mood lately, and even though I’d read great reviews about her, I thought people might be exaggerating but I was wrong. She is the real deal! Sheena is practical, patient, and clearly dedicated to her craft. She has a natural talent; her hands and eyes move so fast yet so skillfully. I’m super picky when it comes to haircuts and I’ve been to so many places where they just couldn't get my color right always ended up peachy. Sheena did exactly the colour and cover all the gray. Love this place! I've had the same hairdresser for years but she went on vacation so I tried this salon and had an appointment with Marina for haircut and scalp treatment (so relaxing!). She's so nice and did an excellent job with my haircut. Highly recommended :)
