I had a great experience at the Cape Town branch. Zoe took a lot of care in doing the treatments on me, she was very informative and made sure I felt very pampered! Ameera has done my lashes and brows for years, we did lose our way a bit but I am super glad to be seeing her regularly once again. I love mega volume lashes! I can't live without them! The calming way in which Ameera explains what suits your eye shape and the perfection in how she places each lash extension is unbelievable. She really is dedicated to her profession and her being a perfectionist is a true gift as I always leave feeling and looking like a queen. Definitely the best in the field. The very long nap is also well worth it. I highly recommend her services.

I’ve honestly never enjoyed getting my lashes done until I met her. It was always a painful, uncomfortable process before, so I just thought that was normal. With her, it’s completely different , seamless, gentle, and genuinely relaxing. No pain at all. And when she’s done? Absolutely stunning. You walk out looking and feeling like a goddess. Hands down the best lash experience I’ve ever had👌 she is the best !!!!

Precious did an absolutely amazing job! She was quick but still incredibly professional. She completely saved my nails—they were so short, but with the tips and BIAB the results were flawless. I showed her a design and she recreated it exactly like the photo. I’m beyond happy with my nails! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Cape Town and would 100% recommend her! ✨💅

I had an absolutely lovely time here. It was my first time and it was great. The space is centrally located, with a safe parking garage opposite the Gardens Centre. I did a pedicure and they have massage chairs! Amazing! The application was good, as was the scrub and massage. Grace was very friendly and smiley and really wanted me to be happy and impressed. The only slight down was that they were 20 min late for my appointment but I forgot about that the moment the massage chair started up. They could work on cleanliness and nail equipment a bit but still a place I'd definitely go to again!

Always a good experience with Qaanita for classic lashes and henna brows plus brow wax. Minor hiccup with waxing my eyebrows (thin skin got slightly irritated due to prescription retinoid use) but Qaanita had good and open communication about what took place and what might happen post-service. I always appreciate Qaanita's artistry, attention to detail and skill and will remain a repeat customer.
