Tess was so happy to do a perm for me. It was an amazing atmosphere. I have short hair, and from all places we looked at, they don't do perms, glad we found Tess. Love the service so much. My perm turned out pretty great! Will send my wife to do her hair to Tess too!

I had a body wave perm with Sam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! I couldn’t find anyone in Newcastle who offered the kind of perm I was looking for, so I travelled to Lancaster to see Sam—and it was 100% worth it. My hair has beautiful, soft waves with so much more volume and movement, and it still feels healthy. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone thinking about getting a perm. Thank you so much! ❤️

I had the BEST experience getting my hair cut today! It was exactly what I wanted and probably one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Luna completely understood what I was asking for, especially with the length and shape of the layers around the front of my face, and somehow got it absolutely perfect. The whole appointment was also so quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed, which I loved. I mentioned I’m getting married soon, and she was so sweet to curl my hair so I could see how the layers would look styled for my wedding day. I walked out so happy and will 100% be back!!

My wife and I stopped by again after our trip to Da Nang. I had the herbal body massage, and she had a facial with a hair wash and styling. We both had a great experience. The massage was very relaxing, and my wife was really happy with how her hair turned out. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.

Absolutely love it here. We went through 6 different places before finding RT7. The service they provide is amazing, from the hair wash to the perm and cut. They treat you like a VIP the entire time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a picky teenager. Hands down the best service we've ever received. My teen is a repeat customer. We've been coming back every 2-3 weeks to keep his cut fresh.

I originally went there for a digital perm, but Aron did his due diligence and told me that my hair is too damaged for it and if I went through with the perm, I would end up with a frizzy mess. I then asked him for a haircut idea that would get rid of some of the damaged hair. He gave me a beautiful layered haircut as well as hair styling tips and demo. This is the first time in a while that I’ve absolutely loved my new haircut immediately. Thank you for your patience in explaining everything to me and for your genius in giving me this stunning haircut, Aron!

I had such a great experience! I went to get my nails done and ended up also finding a solution for my hair. I got a very effective treatment for frizz and a beautiful haircut and styling. It’s the first time I am this happy with the way my hair looks right after a treatment and cut. They listened to my needs, respected my preferences and we arrived to the perfect look. I had a wonderful experience with Satoko. My hair used to feel dry and a bit frizzy, but after the treatment the texture improved so much — it's noticeably softer and shinier now. The color is beautiful too, very natural and sophisticated rather than the harsh look you sometimes get from dyeing. Satoko is professional, attentive, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my second time here and I’m so glad I found my stylist! Kent is amazing with curly hair. My hair is usually poofy and frizzy, but he cuts it so well that it stays defined and easy to manage. Even without blow dry, my curls still look good. Hard to find someone who truly understands curly hair I’ll definitely stick with Kent! highly recommend! ✨
