Georgina does the loveliest facials and treatments and I always get comments about how nice my skin is looking when I have seen her. She makes it a relaxing experience and I would highly recommend having an appointment.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Alaine was warm, attentive, and highly skilled, which made the whole session feel personalized and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. I have been to many different lash tech over the year but the only ones that have lasted and actually look good is the sets done by Louise best lashes tech in Harrogate, she also make you feel so comfortable when getting the treatment

I have had 3 pregnancy treatments with Sarah. 2 massages and a facial. They've all been wonderfully relaxing and Sarah has given me some advice on some stretches that have helped with my aches and pains and made it feel like baby has a bit more space. My only complaint - the time goes too fast!!

After lots of years of problematic skin, Sam has been the best find for me! She has totally sorted my skin out for me to the point now where all I need is maintenance facials rather than out of desperation. She’s so knowledgeable and adapts each facial to what you actually need! Thanks Sam

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. From the foot soak at the start to the fresh fruit at the end, this was a total experience not just a massage/facial. Alaine takes the time to understand you, your wants and needs and then translate that into a treatment using the most wonderful products. I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . I’ve also started getting my nails done with her and they’re the best they’ve looked in a very long time. Professional, attentive, and genuinely talented, Rachel is brilliant.

Today was my first time visiting The Bothy and it certainly won’t be my last. From arriving and seeing the beautiful views, being welcomed by the lovely and very knowledgeable Alaine and then enjoying my holistic facial I left feeling extremely relaxed and I looked refreshed which is exactly what I had asked for. I can’t wait to go back and try another of Alaine’s fabulous treatments.
