We had an amazing experience at the Kingston location!!! The massages and pedicures were great, and our technicians were so thorough and professional. I love their vibrant personalities and they make you feel so comfortable if they suspect discomfort in any way. What a wonderful Spa experience with Alisha. The treatments were spot on. I had an executive relaxation package so body scrub, massage, hand and feet paraffin wax and a facial. The package represented excellent value for money and also had lunch and a glass of wine thrown in too. The scrub, wax and facial were a treat for a special occasion but massages I try to get frequently as a stress reliever. I highly recommend her services and will use them again.

I had the Dermaplaning Facial followed by the Repêchage Vita Cura 5-Phase Firming Facial before my wedding, and the results exceeded my expectations! My skin went from dull to radiant, and the fine lines around my eyes and forehead were no longer noticeable. Weeks later and my skin is still glowing. Kim took the time to assess my skin and recommended the treatments that would give me the best results. Professional, knowledgeable, and worth every dollar. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was good... I did the Best of All Worlds and order of prefrence based on my experience are: the pedicure, bodyscrub, massage, facial and then the manicure. However, to enhance my relaxation, I would have preferred a more soothing sound especially during the massage (in comparison to the central radio), along with aroma that supports that. Having said that, I would return for another massage.

Services received: Signature Bliss (body scrub and massage), facial, eyebrow and chin wax. Abigail was phenomenal! She does everything! I was actually able to hear my thoughts and notice where my mind went, what thoughts stood out to me and also release anything that has been weighing on me. The body scrub and massage we were fantastic! The pressure was perfect and the stretching was my favorite part, and well needed! Next was the facial. I was so relaxed I stopped feeling my body, and it was simply my soul. I am looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you so much!
