First visit to Acer beauty having found availability on Fresha and then finding the instagram page and reading about Ellie, her experience and having just started up here in Carlisle. I booked in and had one of the best massages I’ve ever had ‘the Signature’ it was just what I needed and so relaxing. Ellie was lovely, and put me totally at ease visiting somewhere for the first time. It’s a lovely relaxing space with a warm welcome and the bonus of parking at the door. I would highly recommend

Always a warm welcome and the Lotus Beauty Rooms are excellent in every way. Bryony Jane has made my awful nails look amazing today and Emma has made my eyelashes look much thicker and longer. I took home some amazing cheese scones from their new coffee lounge too. I can't wait to grab some lunch there soon!

The salon is very warm and welcoming and Jodi is amazing! I’m always very happy with what ever treatment I have had from nails to eyelash treatments 💜 Jodi is able to answer any questions and always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Great service every time 😀
