I’m honestly still obsessed with my new hair 😭✨ Merry did an absolutely phenomenal job with my extensions — I’ve never had hair this beautiful in my life. The blend, the color, the length… everything is just PERFECT. Not only is Merry incredibly talented, but the whole staff was so sweet, welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. Such a lovely atmosphere 🫶🏼 I only wish I had asked the girls to send me the photos they took because my hair looked THAT good 😅 Thank you so much for making me feel amazing. Really fantastic experience! The massage was by far the best I've had during my time in Bali—even surpassing the one at our 5-star hotel. The attention to detail on my nails was next-level, easily beating the quality of standard salons back home in Australia. Couldn't fault the service at all; the staff were incredibly experienced, skilled, and welcoming. I couldn't be happier!

Ardi is one of the most professional barbers I’ve been to. Takes his time to make sure the cut is perfect, which it was. Can’t wait to go back to him once I’m back in Bali. Would definitely recommend!!!

Wat een fantastische ervaring bij The Routine! Vanessa heeft mijn dochter Sophie voorzien van prachtige hardgelnagels met de allermooiste nailart. Ze werkt ontzettend nauwkeurig, neemt de tijd en heeft echt oog voor detail. Het resultaat is nog mooier geworden dan we hadden gehoopt! Vanessa is bovendien heel vriendelijk, professioneel en duidelijk enorm getalenteerd in haar vak. Sophie is ontzettend blij met haar nieuwe nagels en krijgt er heel veel complimenten over. I had an absolutely outstanding Balinese massage with Arsil . The atmosphere was calm, clean, and deeply relaxing from the start. The massage was perfectly balanced, with ideal pressure that released all tension while still feeling gentle and soothing. Every movement was skilled, professional, and full of care. They did a great job, so many places in bali don’t understand how to do a lash lift but these guys seemed to really be great at what they do focussing on lash and brows only. I would definitely go back!

I accidentally booked my appointment for the following day, but this was no problem at all. They were very accommodating and helped me straight away. I also really appreciated that they did not try to sell me any unnecessary extra treatments. I had my roots coloured, and the result was very good. The whole treatment was professional, relaxing, and almost felt like a spa experience. I would definitely recommend this salon!
