My nails needed quite a bit of tlc due to sanitising and wearing ppe alot due to my job. They got that and more! I've come away with much better feeling nails with very unique, colourful nail art which was fascinating to watch Eden do.

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. Introduced my 16 year old Grandaughter to her first ever facial, I booked for her the Tiktok one. Evie was wonderful, explaining everything as she went along with lots of good tips and advise, Maisie was delighted and said her skin felt amazing. Thank you so much Evie.

CND gel polish with Alix was fab. She shaped them beautifully and good cuticle work. Good colour range - hope they'll wear well. Eyelash tint with Evie very disappointing. She was fab and even repeated the treatment, but my lashes are very fine, so no difference in reality before and after. Certainly no fault of Evie's. But treatment was specifically discussed by dropping into salon when appointments made, and was advised they would look amazing and even upgrade to curl / lift suggested. In conclusion, the advice was bad - the work undertaken by Evie if you've got good lashes is good.

Great customer service from the point of booking to the after-care. My daughter (8) had her ears pierced and they looked after her very well.

We visited for my sons ear piercing, holme beauty was clean and Hannah was lovely and calm with my son and talked him through the process making sure he was happy with his experience.

Superb - went for ear piercing and Hannah was very good with my daughter and me. Kind and helpful. Will recommend to others.

First class treatment with Hannah as always! Lovely clear skin after Microdermabrasion.
