I would give even more stars if I could, I suffer from near constant headaches that come from tension in the muscles in my neck, back and shoulders, tricia with her magic hands is able to get right into the trigger points in these areas and massage them to help release the tension and knots, it's a road and a relaxing journey to hopefully being pain free, I leave each massage feeling on top of the world and so much looser, I would highly recommend tricia to anyone suffering from tension pain to try it out, you won't regret it!

Sophie was great, visited her for my daughter’s ear piercing today and she explained everything she was doing, made sure my daughter was at ease and went through aftercare thoroughly. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Abbi was amazing, so patient and kind and thoughtful as one of my first visits out after shielding. The salon looked brilliant and social distancing was clearly in place and so clean. Would highly recommend, particularly for someone is worried about their first appt to a beauty salon after shielding or after lockdown.

My son had the clearstart teen skin treatment today. He loved it. He felt amazing after and so relaxed. Trisha is full off knowledge with teen skin and has reccommened a fab skin regime. We where able to buy products in store to start the regime. With a few freebies thrown in. Many thanks for an excellent service

Got my daughter's ear pierced this morning, Tricia was so good with her as my daughter was quite shy. Tricia was so lovely and calmly talked to her and explained all the aftercare. Would highly recommend Tricia very professional and she has a beautiful setup in her cabin. Will definitely return for other beauty needs.

My 12 year old daughter suffers from severe anxiety. I booked her in for both a dermalogica facial on a previous appointment, and a pedicure and manicure today. The beautician Clare was brilliant with her, my daughter absolutely loved the experience, and was chatting by the end. She was beaming with her gel polish and nail art! She can’t stop looking at them! She can’t wait to go back. All staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My turn next! Highly recommend this salon.

Was in today to get old colour off and a clear on Staff are very welcoming and efficient. Don’t know why I haven’t been getting my nails done until now … can definitely see an improvement in them after 2 visits.

Excellent facial and first time I’d tried Hopi ear candles, I loved it and would definitely recommend trying it.

I am so glad that Body and Soul are open again my tittle peuce of heaven hear on earth. A couple of hours that i dont have to think about anything I don't want to. The girls are like family only better. I recommend that anyone who need or wants to chill out with the nicest people around go and get your nails done after that you will be booking in for everything.
