the best piercing experience i've had! i've received 2 piercings from jenny, my septum and daith. jenny explained everything she was doing during the piercings and made me feel incredibly comfortable :) everything was also very sanitary and the jewellery used to pierce with is of a high quality. all healing information was made clear and a leaflet was provided to me which further outlined all the information i needed to know. and to top it off, they were 100% the least painful piercings i have had to date! the best piercers in milton keynes <3

My first piercings in 34 years since initial lobe piercing, so was anxious to find a place I could trust. Found Gabi on here and can confirm this is the place to go. Lovely clean studio, professional and calm piercer. Convenient location in central Bletchley (about 15 mins walk from station if you take public transport). Recommended - Love my second lobe and helix piercing :)

Got my snug and flat pierced today by Jenny. As always, she was brilliant. Snug can be tricky/anatomy dependent, but Jenny's expertise was clear. She took time explaining everything, ensuring I was informed & comfortable. Her experience & calm manner are reassuring. I completely trust her. Done 7 piercings with her, always go back. Jenny was great. She made my 10 year old feel really comfortable for her first ear piercings, talking it through step by step and making sure we were happy with everything. There was lovely jewellery to choose from and plenty of time to decide. The studio is hygienic and welcoming, and we will definitely be back for any future piercings.

Such a lovely experience with Jenny - I had three ear piercings in one go; I really appreciated that Jenny went at a pace that was comfortable for me. I had a bad experience with a gun piercing elsewhere and Jenny was non-judgemental and professional - I’ll definitely be back here for further piercings and would recommend to anyone, especially if people are nervous about piercings or have had a bad experience elsewhere. What an amazing first piercing experience for my seven year old daughter. Sophie put her at ease, explained it was OK to be nervous and excited, let her choose the earring placement, and did the piercings quickly and well. We also got great aftercare advice, thoroughly explained to both Emily and I, so she knows its not just me telling her what to do. Would thoroughly recommend, and def book in advance for school holidays because (understandably) they're fully booked :)

My daughter had ear lobe (pair) and helix piercings with Sophie. Sophie is very friendly, highly professional, gives a personal expert service and puts you at ease to make the experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible. She provided good advice and lots of information about the piercings and aftercare. Lovely, setting and has a great selection of jewellery from which to choose. There are many places you can go for a piercing, you don't need to second-guess about it, this is the place to go! Definitely and highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at Arcade Eight. Sophie was amazing with my 10 year old having her ears pierced for the first time. She explained everything well and made her feel so relaxed. The piercing itself was pain free, quick and they look fab. I had my helix done and again the whole process was great. Sophie then gave us comprehensive aftercare. We would definitely recommend Arcade Eight.

I had my ear pierced at a jewellery store about 6 weeks ago I followed all guidance provided and still my piercing was very sore. I phoned Arcade eight and spoke to a lovely lady named Jenny explained my situation and asked if it would be ok to pop down for some guidance. Jenny made me an appointment for the same day, Jenny removed the old piercing replaced with new flatback piercing and I can honestly say I felt little to no pain. I am happy with my smaller studs and guidance provided. Thank you Jenny 😊.
