I have been doing Toning Tables at Alastair & Dawn’s Toning Emporium twice a week for over 15 yrs. I am a relatively fit 90 year old woman & my sessions keep me that way. I had full knee replacement in 2021 & the exercises helped me with my recovery. If you have any kind of problems e.g. back, knees, shoulders, Alastair will guide you Into the correct exercises on the toning tables or in the gym to help. He also does massages & beauty treatments etc. Just telephone & speak to Alastair for his advice.

Professional, friendly environment. Chloe made me feel comfortable and explained the process of the service. Super happy with the experience and my new piercings. I highly recommend x

Had the best experience with Sarah, I had a back massage, she used the right pressure, always made sure I was okay and I know I’m going to feel the benefit tomorrow🤣 will definitely be back to get rid of those knots again soon
