Donna is a consummate professional. She is welcoming, friendly and has a way of putting her clients at ease immediately. I have been going to her for around a year now, having never had a bikini line/Brazilian wax done professionally before. Any feelings of awkwardness disappeared quickly, and we were so busy chatting that I didn't really notice what was going on 'down below'! She always does a fabulous job, her treatment room is warm and cosy and, on top of that, there is a fabulous cafe below!

Long session of electrolysis today! Grateful to say I don’t look like a billy goat 🐐 anymore! Not the most luxurious of treatments, but I felt quite comfortable enough safely in Donna’s magical hands! Great treatment for permanent hair removal and not nearly as painful as repeated waxing or use of an epilator. And Donna really does have the most nimble of hands! ☺️

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

It was lovely. I'm not feeling great today but after a pedicure with sparkly polish plus a long chat with Donna.... I felt 100% better... Donna also made time to tint my eyebrows so I'm feeling lucky to be a client at Star Anise. Tonight I've realised I've known Donna for over 20 years and I've been a regular customer ever since I moved here 14+ years ago.

Super relaxing visit this morning, Donna makes every visit special and has done for the 12+ years I've been her client and I very much like the CND Vinylux polishes that Donna now specialises in. On 29 June I had a pedicure with Vinylux Polish for the first time and I'm very impressed that it lasted until today 10 August with no damage or chips. Impressive, as I am usually bare foot at home and occasionally stub my toes!

Well what can I say she’s done it again 😁..... jade is the best beauty therapist ever!!! I’ve been using her for 7 years now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her attention to detail is amazing!! My brows always look perfect she also sorts my back out to her cupping method is so worth it after one session my back is so much better I don’t have any pain anymore. would 100% recommend her to anyone her beauty room is always very clean well decorated and smells so good. There’s never been a appointment where I’ve been disappointed thanks jade ! 😄❤️
