I absolutely love Lucy and she has a talent when it comes to hair expertise. I have previously went to her as I have had blonde hair for the last 13 years and she did an amazing job. Yesterday we have gone from blonde to red, and I cannot thank her enough for the amazing job she did from an inspiration photo and for squeezing me in last minute! She is truly wonderful. Zoe is amazing! I only get my hair done once or twice a year, as I hate having it done. I still hate getting it done but with Zoe, I dont freak out about it. Shes super gentle, friendly and fast. My hair looks absolutely amazing too! I went for foils, toner, wash, cut and blow dry.

As a new resident to Shrewsbury, I needed to find a great hairdresser who understood mature, thick hair. Reading Deb's profile on the website was really interesting, and I'm so glad I booked in with her! Have only been a client of Lucy's for a year and after her help and advice I trust her implicitly. I know if I say do this or that Lucy will always pick what's best and it's a wonderful change from salons that just want your money and you out the door ASAP. A great experience. My daughter was quite nervous about having her ears pierced but Caroline was very calm and reassuring. All protocols re parental consent & Covid 19 adhered to and aftercare explained clearly. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to friends or booking myself in for a treatment. Lucy was so patient with my 2 year old who was a little bit shy. She just slowly got on with cutting his hair while I distracted him. So friendly and professional. A great experience!
