Fantastic experience! Open, friendly and affordable. Have been to a lot of hairdressers around Bristol, most of which I found underwhelming for the price. Nicole gave an exceptional service, lovely coffee on arrival and very happy with the cut! Great value for money.

I’ve been going to Chantelle for 2 years now and I’ve never once had a bad time. Chantelle is calm and friendly, her beauty room is clean and fresh. I have a ‘full body wax’ including brow & lash tint and every time I walk away I feel amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, in fact I travel 40 minutes each way! Thanks again Chantelle x

Danielle is not only the best lash tech ever but the lushest person to unload all your problems to after a long day/week/month/year , you leave there with not only fresh lashes but a fresh mind to , also have had my ears pierced by her to and she was so reassuring when I felt a bit panicky 🩷🩷🩷

Had my second appointment with Lizzie to top up my eyebrow tattoo. The results were good prior to the top up but are now amazing! Lizzie was really good, made me feel completely at ease and checked on me throughout this process. Would highly recommend. Not only do the results look amazing they have made me feel 100 times better about my appearance.

Absolutely incredible service! I haven't felt that relaxed and welcomed at a salon or barbers for a while. I mentioned when booking my appointment that I am autistic, and Lisa did an incredible job at making the entire appointment super smooth and clear. On the pre-apppointment notes it also asked for my pronouns and what I wanted to achieve with my hair; this was really great to see! The venue is gorgeous and calm, and the free drink from the on site cafe was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning and recommending.

Very impressed with the hygene - Beth Chadwuxk was very thorough in her hand washing. Very pleasant during the ear piercing and made me geel relaxed. All equipment was beand new from sterile packaging. Would give highest recommendation.

Cara was amazing with my very nervous daughter who came in to have her ears pierced today. She put her at ease and explained every step so she felt more comfortable throughout the piercing. My daughter left very happy so thankyou!

Best salon in Bristol !

I’ve been going to Danielle for 2 years for my holiday lash lifts/extensions as and they have always been perfect! I recently had a piercing with her too which wasn’t painful at all. She’s new to piercing but she’s a natural, can’t wait to go back for more! Highly recommend 🤎

Such a lovely atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. Vicki did a fantastic job yet again. I no longer live in Bristol but i keep coming to this salon just for Vicky.

Danielle is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Danielle did my tragus piercing which I thought was going to be very painful after all that I was told and had read online but she was so gentle that I hardly felt it being done. Her aftercare advice was good too so I would highly recommend her.

I have been going to Kaycie now for over 10 years and can honestly say it such a welcoming and friendly environment and all the girls are lovely..They are extremely good at there jobs.. sienna has been doing my nails now for almost a year and she is very talented and lovely we have the best conversations and I always look forward to seeing her on my next appointment 👌🤗.. I also had a toenail reconstruction two weeks ago by Beth I’ve always been embarrassed to wear sandals and thanks to Beth she made that possible again with her fantastic work..

I have been visiting Dani at The Beauty Shack for the last couple of years. Dani always makes me feel incredibly comfortable and I always leave super happy with the results! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my brows or lashes, couldn't recommend enough xxx
