I’m a regular customer and I love the services and the staff. Yet, there are somethings that need improvement. For example, the speakers that were recently installed are very disturbing and not something that a saloon or a spa would have. Also, the saloon lack some styling tools such as the rolls for bouncy blow-dry

Not only do I always leave Kensington with a great hair cut, blow dry or colour, what makes me come back time and time again, are the lovely ladies. Sabah, the salon owner, cannot do enough for you and will always try and accommodate anything and everything you ask for. She truly knows the meaning of customer service and how to give you a great cut. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my hair.

As always it was great experience with cherry. I think she is the best hairstylist in the world. I have done hair blow dry and hair root touch ups in different parts of the world but the way cherry can do it with so much focus to little details and excellence no body has done for me till date. I always go for cherry’s services because she does her job genuinely and with utmost honesty. She is FAB…I wish her all the success and growth in her career. Kindly don’t loose an exceptional staff like CHERRY….always grateful for her services. Keep it up…👍🙏👏

Amazing experience! The deluxe manicure felt so luxurious and relaxing. Ms Jerrylyn did the service, and I appreciate her attention to detail. All of the tools they use are cleaned, blown dry, and sterilized. Their commitment to cleanliness and the client’s comfort is commendable. Already planning my next visit!!!

Sabah and team were very kind and attentive to my needs. They were very professional while rendering the service. A special shout out to my hair stylist who did a Brazilian blow dry for me and styled my hair, all the while explaining the entire process to me because this was my first time. I would highly recommend this salon for their outstanding customer service.
