I discovered Sculptured cosmetics beauty Boutique online, when searching for a way to help regulate one's nervous system. I read about the spinal flow technique that Jo does. I thought, wow, this sounds good and makes a lot of sense. So I booked in and met the lovely Jo. She listened empatheticly, was kind and caring. She made me feel comfortable and at ease when sharing my story with her, as well as when I was having my treatment. I have benefited a lot and am so happy with the results. All I can say is that I highly recommend Jo and appreciate all that she does. Spinal flow is well worth it!
