My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

This is THE BEST hair salon I have ever visited. All the staff are lovely and Alaan really cares about the client experience. I can leave what happens to my hair in his hands and know it’ll make me feel great!

This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at a hairdresser! The staff were welcoming, and Alaan did a fantastic job with my cut and colour. He gave excellent professional advice tailored to my style and he was great to talk to (about everything!). The service was top-notch—complimentary hot drinks were included with my service, and they even give out free samples and a loyalty rewards card. Alaan made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I'm overall very happy and will definitely be back!

My experience was flawless from start to finish. I didn't choose a preference of stylist when i booked my appointment as i had never been before but Sara was absolutely incredible. She listened to everything I wanted, gave me so much advice on my hair and made me feel the most comfortable I have ever felt at a salon! Any anxiety I had before walking through the door instantly left me body on meeting her. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone! I will definitely be returning and booking her for sure!

Alaan is the best there is. After a hairdresser completely ruined my hair just before my daughter’s wedding, he managed to correct it as much as he could and make me look amazing. Since then whenever I’m in the uk/wales visiting family I ALWAYS book in with him. You will NOT be disappointed.

My first time at Alaan Williams hair salon but I will be definitely be returning. Everyone was so lovely, polite and so friendly. Sara did my hair and she was absolutely amazing. The patience of a saint and listens to exactly what you want. Gives advice and constant attention and she is so lovely. My hair isnt the easiest to deal with - at all, but she smashed it. Love the colour amd cut. Would highly recommend Sara and Alaan Williams' Hair Experts.

Kelly Tasha David + the girls make you feel welcome as swn has you go in. Kelly is my hairdresser + she is Fabulous My hair is Amazing every time I go there. My hair will last me a Gud wk or more b4 I got to wash it myself. 5***** Booked in with Kenzie next a level 2 for a blowdry. I go every 8 wks or so. Give them a try you won’t regret. Whoever you go to Thx Ladies + Dave Can’t say enough good things about them all ❤️
