She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Absolutely delighted with my waxing by Mona — as anxious as I usually am with waxes, she was so gentle and delicate that I honestly didn’t feel a thing. She put me completely at ease, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! And then the haircut — wow! Having a pixie cut style, I need to find someone who truly knows how to cut short hair. And Milu absolutely nailed it! He completely understood what I wanted, really listened, and delivered exactly the look I had in mind.
