Waxing started 20 minutes late. I was still happy as they managed to get it done in record time. They used their initiative and had two ladies waxing my legs. The one lady also did my eyebrow tinting in the interim which also saved time.

Overall a wonderful experience. Probably one of the best manicures and pedicures I’ve received in a while. My only critique would be make customers feel more welcome by being organised and not letting them wait 10mins before the treatment starts. Communication goes a long way in the service industry. I was offered something to drink but I wasn’t told what was on offer. This should be a standard practice, telling customers what is on offer. Other than that amazing treatment and I’ll return.

My first, and definitely NOT my last, appointment with Origin Wellness Spa was an incredible and delightful experience. Having visited spas worldwide, I had much with which to compare. This establishment is bright and clean, with a welcoming vibe. The treatments on offer are extensive and inexpensive for both men and women. I'm extremely satisfied with the waxing and facial procedures I received, and this review comes with the highest recommendation. 5 stars from me!
