This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Very friendly and professional team. Kaneesha is knowledgeable about her treatments, have so much patience and provide excellent guidance on aftercare. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to make a positive change in yourself. I must also commend them on their massage room. The room itself is welcoming and feels very relaxing and calming with the colour scheme adding a lovely touch. What makes it even more relaxing is the warm-hearted blankets they use, which add that extra touch of care and comfort for their clients. It is very much appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience with Rue. My massage was fantastic. She had me so relaxed I was sleep within minutes of her beginning. I would definitely recommend her to others and the next time I'm in Cape Town I will request her for myself.

It was absolutely fantabulous. Those magical fingers really outdone themselves. I enjoyed my facial and massage so much I didn't want my session to end. The ambiance and music allowed me to just relax as magical fingers unwined and loosen the knots and stiffness within me. A really must try experience if u never tried it before. I had an amazing experience at Original Wellness Spa and couldn’t recommend them more! The spa is spotless, calming, and has such a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Rue was absolutely fantastic! she was incredibly thorough throughout my waxing appointments, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Her warm personality and sense of humor instantly put me at ease, making what can sometimes be an awkward appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

Rue was great. I got my nails done and they look great. Already getting compliments on them and people are asking where I got them done. My sister also got her nails done and she can't stop looking at them. Such a nice spa with many different services to choose from. My sister also got her lashes done and she loves them. They look so natural. I believe it was Tammy who did her lashes. Thanks Origin Wellness Spa for an awesome experience. I will be coming back!

Great is not a good enough rating i would prefer Excellent Brilliant as my sessions are to die for. each and every experience is different I love the fact that these facials are so relaxing and the little magical fingers are next to none. I look forward to my facials as it takes me away from just about everything. Thank you SAFIA I appreciate you as well as my skin and face looks forward to our visits on a monhly basis.
