Very friendly and professional team. Kaneesha is knowledgeable about her treatments, have so much patience and provide excellent guidance on aftercare. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to make a positive change in yourself. I must also commend them on their massage room. The room itself is welcoming and feels very relaxing and calming with the colour scheme adding a lovely touch. What makes it even more relaxing is the warm-hearted blankets they use, which add that extra touch of care and comfort for their clients. It is very much appreciated.

This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

It was absolutely fantabulous. Those magical fingers really outdone themselves. I enjoyed my facial and massage so much I didn't want my session to end. The ambiance and music allowed me to just relax as magical fingers unwined and loosen the knots and stiffness within me. A really must try experience if u never tried it before. Great is not a good enough rating i would prefer Excellent Brilliant as my sessions are to die for. each and every experience is different I love the fact that these facials are so relaxing and the little magical fingers are next to none.
