Really great appointment! She made me feel at ease, listened to what I wanted and improved my ideas using her expertise. She was great with my 5 year old that is fairly restless when sitting. Definitely will be returning and recommend!

Vikki is absolutely lovely. She gives excellent advice and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she's talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment. Incredible. 10/10 would book again. Louise is lovely, welcoming, and has a really consultative approach, asking where you feel the issues are and what you need from the session. The environment is also amazing, super relaxing, designed to aid relaxation for all senses - the bed is super comfy and the bedding / comforter is so cosy. Louise used a range of techniques and pressure to adapt to the problem areas and really get to the root of the issues.

Just finished my 4th microneedling session and will definitely be going back for more! The difference in my skin is so noticeable already. A massive thank you to Ellie, who has been amazing throughout all of my sessions, always going above and beyond with aftercare, listening to my skin concerns and giving me advice and suggestions on what treatments would best suit me. I recently went back for a laser hair removal top-up after around 6–8 months since my last treatment.I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Before laser, I had to wax every 2–4 weeks and was constantly dealing with ingrown hairs, stubble, shadowing, and irritated skin. I am so happy with my current micro needling journey, Ellie is so lovely and knowledgeable, and gives such great advice each session. She genuinely really cares about helping you feel happy in your own skin. I’m noticing a massive difference in my acne scarring already, and can’t wait to see the results as the sessions go on.
