I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.
