I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

I’ve been going to Katie for a few years now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her work is always top quality, with so much attention to detail, and my nails always look amazing. Not only is she incredibly talented, but every appointment is a pleasure thanks to her friendly nature and lovely chats. Katie always makes me feel welcome and relaxed, and I leave feeling pampered every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent service!

I’ve been going to see Charlotte for a number of years, and I now will never go to anyone else. My nails always last, they’re so chic and my brows consistently get a compliment! The salon refurb is perfection. It’s classic, chic and just cool. Exactly what was needed and I can’t believe how amazing it is. Spa vibes, and you leave feeling cooler then you arrived. Charlotte is honestly the best beautician in Harrogate, and I will not go anywhere other then Novu! 💛

Rachael is a true professional, my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. Despite having BIAB at other salons, I was having issues with brittle and weak nails —after just one appointment with Rachael I can already see and feel a difference in my nail health. I recently attended the et al make-up launch and I was genuinely blown away by the products. I left feeling so glowy and radiant and purchased a number of products which I’ve been loving using at home. It goes on like a dream, lasts all day long (even after chasing two small children around in the heat!) and my skin feels so soft when I remove it. I can’t wait to build up my collection!
