Laura was absolutely amazing and as always my gel toes look perfect! I cannot fault any treatments I receive from her. Her beauty therapy and customer service are excellent! The only criticism from me is when I’m paying to be pampered, I want the environment to feel lovely and special and to smell lush. If I’m honest, the salon is looking a little scruffy and in need of some TLC.

Jessica is a lovely woman, im not knocking her as she did everything she could at the time but the room wasnt as quiet as i could hear people in the other room talking really loud, eventually i was relaxed for about 15/20 mins then she said must have double booked the salon… overall lovely massage, would go back lovely location xx

Rachel was 5 stars above!!! it was my first time and she made me feel at ease, I was very comfortable around her and was very happy with my treatment. Rachel was so supportive and really explains everything in detail her hands 🙌🏽 are magic and il definitely will be going back again and letting my friends and family know ❤️

Nails by Laura were perfect as always. Just a shame the salon refit is taking forever and yet still looks uncared for. Finish is awful and looks shoddy, paint peeling off the new desk, towels hanging from the windows due to not having blinds…I’d be asking the refitters for a refund. Not a pleasant environment for beauty pampering.
