The qquart staff were all quite accommodating and friendly especially since it was our first time at the salon. They were able to give suggestions based on what they thought would work best for my face structure and not just follow what I showed with the colour analysis so that shows that they had my best interest in mind. Jungmin did my haircut and styling and walked me through each step. She also gave me after care and styling tips to keep the same styling which I really appreciate as not all salons do that. Fully recommend qquart!

Won stylist is very kind and professional. She provided a very comfortable and soothing scalp treatment and did a great job with the cut as well. She also have strong grips and provide amazing neck and head massage. She answered all my questions kindly and explained every step along. I received the head and scalp service. My treatment was thorough and very relaxing. They provided a visual laminated card in Korean and English which walked thru the various steps of the treatment. Everyone was polite and courteous.
