I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

i took my 6 year old daughter for braids and we had the best experience! The stylist was so patient, gentle, and kind with her, which made me so happy as a mom. The braids came out neat, beautiful and not too tight perfect for a child. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for moms looking for a kid-friendly salon

I had a wonderful experience, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The hair wash and head massage were wonderful and I love my haircut! Shireen was amazing, listened to what I wanted and styled my hair beautifully. A true artist.

I visited this salon for the first time today, and I had such a wonderful experience. Booking was quick and easy, and from the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. My stylist Taahirah took care of my hair with such ease, professionalism and efficiency. She made the whole experience enjoyable and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. My hair feels amazing and looks stunning. I'll definitely be back!

Mel at Platinum Hair Plumstead is truly a lifesaver! She fit me in at the last minute to fix a botched haircut from another hairdresser, and the result was excellent. I always go to Platinum Hair when I am in Cape Town Mel is the only hairdresser who always gets it spot on . Her expertise is outstanding . The staff are friendly . Lovely log fire lounge while you wait . Mel is also a child and animal lover who is making a difference in a lot of lives .
