Hair and Staff are great however your defective chairs are a problem. They cause pain to lower back and buttocks. As a customer it may deter me from wanting to come there knowing im going to have a painful experience. Visiting a salon I need comfort at least and it should be a pleasurable experience. The chairs are hurting your Customers. Thanks

Mel does the most incredible balayage and cut. 2 months postpartum and she brought my hair back to life! I have had my hair coloured in top salons in London and Mel is by far my favourite hairdresser 🤍 thank you!!

Absolutely loved my visit with platinum hair. By far the nicest salon I have ever been to as far as the people go. It is so chilled and everyone just knows exactly what they are doing. Mel fixed my diy mess and I am IN LOVE with my new blonde!! Thank you so so much. And well done to Gadita (??? Sorry, I will keep asking your name until it sticks in my brain 😂). She had the tedious task of detangling my severely tangled hair. Respect! You ladies are lovely and I can't thank you enough for fitting me in and just being so down to earth. I highly recommend this salon to everyone. Such and incredible up beat and welcoming group of stylists and staff members. . Not only am I super satisfied with the amazing job they did on my hair, but their professional attitude and their kindness and genuine care to give you the best result possible, is what will make me go back to Sheek Tokai every time! No other salon has ever shown me such amazing after care. I called them up with a small little issue I had and they helped me with it straight away. They make you feel comfortable and like you’re in great hands.
