Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been going to Jo-Anne for the past ten years, across various locations, and I wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else. The salon is modern and comfortable, with plenty of free parking, which is always a bonus. Jo-Anne does a fantastic job with my hair every time and she makes a great cup of tea too! I always leave feeling refreshed, not just because of the haircut but because we have such lovely conversations. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm, and sociable, with friendly colleagues and customers who make every visit a pleasure.

Chloe is literally the best, not only is she really lovely and explains what the products she’s putting in my hair do but she took my hair from box dye black to blonde. And it feels super soft and healthy. Literally no words, just gagged at how good my hair looks.

Never did I think, you would hear the words ‘I love my hair’ from me. However, Morgan's Wigs, Hair Loss Solutions & Training Academy Chester encouraged me to ‘get the chop’. For years I’ve tied my fine (and getting finer with age) limp hair up. With the help of a couple of tiny taped extensions at each side, I have a ‘BOB’ …. a ‘BOB’ that looks thick and healthy. A ‘BOB’ that people actually compliment on every single day. I have hair I LOVE! 😳 Thank you thank you thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Claire and the staff were very attentive and understanding. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and meet your needs (lovely cuppa tea and biscuits were most appreciated too!) There were no suitable wigs for me in the shop today. However, I was able to order a couple in which I really like the look of. I’m giving 5 stars because of the great service. And I look forward to my next appointment when the wigs arrive. It’s great to have this kind of shop right here in Chester! Thank you 🙏🏾

I had the best experience with Anna at Kalma salons Chester. I booked in for a nail tidy-up and a pedicure, and the whole appointment was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
