I had a fabulous first curl by curl cut with Lexie- it was the first time I’d been in a salon for years due to using mobile hairdressers and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Lexie listened really carefully to what I wanted and worked to give me that look and get the best out of my curls. The massage chair at the hair wash station was a dream (having two young children and no time) and the added head massage a lovely bonus! Lexie also gave me brilliant advice in terms of products and styling so I feel able to recreate my best curls at home. 10/10 service and a lovely coffee too! Thank you!

I recently visited Anna for a cut and half head, and as always, I’m so happy with the results! She really knows how to make my hair look amazing every time. The atmosphere in the salon is always relaxed and welcoming, making the whole process enjoyable.

I'm always really happy with the way Debbie cuts my hair. She listens to what I want but also gives her own thoughts too. I find the atmosphere in the salon really relaxing and friendly and I'm pleased I've finally found a salon I actually enjoy going to after years of hating getting my hair cut!

Had the most amazing first visit to the Scissor Psychologist today. Lexie was brilliant and really took her time to ensure I was happy, not only with today’s cut but with a future plan to get the best out of my hair. The salon is in a beautiful location with plenty of parking. It is clean, bright and welcoming and all of the staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend a visit if you have ever struggled to find somewhere that really knows how to cut and manage curly hair.

My very first visit to the scissor psychologist and what a great experience booked in with Emma she made me feel at ease straight away as I haven't been to a salon for over a year and had some bad experiences with my curly hair, she talked through everything and made sure I was happy with everything that she was doing. Great experience as always! My little Robbie loves coming to have his hair cat... difficult to get him of the car afterwards. Emma and the rest of the team are so caring and professional they just make everything flow nicely! Amazing hair salon and team!

I've been getting my hair cut at Scissor Psychologist for over a year now and the experience is always fantastic! Debbie has rescued my damaged, bleached hair and does amazing curly cuts, which is something that I previously found very hard to find. Debbie always takes the time to answer questions I have about my hair type and has taught me so much about styling and caring for my curly hair. She's absolutely brilliant. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the salon is a lovely peaceful environment with massage chairs and high quality products. I highly recommend this salon!

A trip to the Scissor Psychologist is always a great experience. The salon is in a lovely venue, is bright and welcoming, and the service is always first class. Added to that, the coffee is excellent, and Emma's hairdressing skills are second to none. The background music could be better....

I have followed Chloe from her previous Salon and wouldn't trust anyone else. She genuinely listens to what you want and advises based upon that, using her extensive knowledge to be able to guide you to achieve your desired look/feel, whilst also giving tips on how to keep your hair healthy for future!

Chloe listened to what I wanted and was able to give her professional opinion on what would work best for my hair and was able to achieve exactly what I wanted. Lovely calm salon and felt very looked after. Would recommend!
