Really lovely salon and atmosphere. Jo kindly fitted me in last minute. Great haircut, exactly what I wanted, Jo took the time to check with me. Most of all my wife approved and was very impressed with the cut too. Will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Jo was very thorough and delightful to chat with. We agreed on a style that suits my hair (a tendency to frizz), and she's done a lovely job cutting and blow-drying it. I can go out to lunch today with my head held high! Will definitely be back. Very convenient to pop in after a swim. And 10% off for being a gym member. What's not to like!

I booked a head spa treatment unsure of what to expect. Many people say they are just an expensive hair wash. That is not the case. I was greated by lovely staff who offered me a drink while I waited for my appointment. They then explained everything that would happen and asked me if I had any concerns of which there were none. For over an hour I was treated to various hair and scalp treatments including deep head massage and also neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards I was offered another drink then my hair was blow dried as I liked it. Would highly recommend

Absolutely loved my first visit for nano bonds, excellent service and lovely staff, would highly recommend this salon for their perfectionist x Love my new hair.

It was my first visit to the salon today. Kirsty looked after me very well. She is very knowledgeable and I felt confident in her ability to colour and cut my hair. I am very pleased with the end result...the colour, cut and beachy waves!

I have followed Chloe from her previous Salon and wouldn't trust anyone else. She genuinely listens to what you want and advises based upon that, using her extensive knowledge to be able to guide you to achieve your desired look/feel, whilst also giving tips on how to keep your hair healthy for future!

I've been having my hair cut and blow waved by kirsty for a while now wouldn't use anyone eles she is always on time and has time for her clients who become friends shes always does my hair excatly how I want it. She has recently moved in to this beautiful salon she has worked so hard for what shes acterved and well deserved

I had the best experience with Anna at Kalma salons Chester. I booked in for a nail tidy-up and a pedicure, and the whole appointment was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
