Sam is a very talented masseuse and she certainly hit the spot in terms of finding the tension in my thigh and alleviating it! She is very personable and makes you, as the client, feel very comfortable. I've also done one of her retreat days which are great fun, whilst offering a good mix of exercise and relaxation. Would definitely recommend both services.

Had a sports massage with Sam. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She takes time to ascertain the problem then works hard to try and resolve matters. The treatment was both relaxing and effective, helping to relieve tension and improve my mobility straight away. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and much more comfortable. Sam is amazing at sports massage. My neck and shoulders were like a brick and Sam expertly freed them up and has relieved me of stiffness and pain. She listens to you and offers self help advice, she is very caring, supportive and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Sam enough

Samantha is very experienced and was able to identify the issue quickly by analysing my mobility first, before massaging my back and shoulders. After the treatment it was clear how much my mobility was improved. Highly recommend!

Another great appointment with Sam, this time for Posture analysis. Sam listened and examined, she pinpointed my area of weakness and then suggested a great set of exercises to help me improve my strength and posture. If I can stick to doing the exercises, I have no doubt these recommendations will fix my weakness just like my first appointment I had with Sam did 9 months ago for a different problem.

I have really improved in strength and can walk with confidence and less back pain. I am amazed at how effective the programme developed for me was. She is very experienced and highly knowledgeable.
