This place is amazing for anyone who is looking for best therapy in Hk, I had 1st session for my tennis elbow and carpel tunnel syndrome physio therapy. I was amazed by the quality and service they provided to me. The therapist was a great guy helped me to understand how I can effectively recover for my injuries. I had great season with him very satisfied and will see that place again in near future for more therapy sessions. 10/10 recommendations from my side.. thank you CRYO team.

The Cryo HydraFacial and therapist Treeja were fantastic! Skin felt immediately refreshed and rejuvenated. Really enjoyed adding the eye treatment and doing the leg compression therapy at the same time.

My first Hyperbaric oxygen therapy session was fascinating! The moment the chamber pressurized, it felt like a plane taking off, with that familiar ear-popping sensation. At first, I found it tricky to adjust to breathing oxygen through the nose—it reminded me of post-surgery oxygen masks. But as the session went on, the warm, quiet environment lulled me into a peaceful nap. Surprisingly relaxing!

I visited Mike for relief from an inflamed and painful knee, I had the stretch therapy and I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received. Mike took the time to thoroughly assess my condition to understand the source of my discomfort. His attention to detail was remarkable he listened to my concerns. He is incredibly knowledgeable and aside from treating the immediate issue, he provided me with useful follow up exercises and stretches to aid my recovery at home & for long-term wellness. Looking forward to my next session and to try out their other facilities.

I had a great time ! The cryotherapy was refreshing, and luckily Mike gave me some guidelines on how to handle the cold so that I could get to 2:30. I've heard of the red light therapy, and it was an interesting experience, where I felt heated but not to the point of sweating Also for the compression therapy, I came off a week of running, so I was already quite sore. The compression really made me feel better and relaxed. Would definitely recommend !

One of the best experiences of hydrafacial I ever had anywhere. The therapists are well trained, the place is super hygienic equipped with latest technology machines. While therapist was doing hydra facial she was explaining each steps with its impact afterwards. I would highly recommend everyone one to make this facial a part of our regime especially middle age group people. Both I and my wife had great experience at CRYO, highly recommended. .

I did 4 different experiences here and they were all great. (Red Light Therapy, Full Body Cryotherapy, Cryo Facial, and Infared Sauna. The staff is very caring and professional, and all of the equipments are quite new and up to date. I would definitely like to keep coming here and the prices are quite reasonable.

Cryo Hong Kong has really impressed me and stepped up the game of health and wellness facilities in Hong Kong. The facilities are beautiful - clean, aesthetically pleasing and with ample shower and change facilities all with the little touches like change of clothes, hair dryer, face and body products. The receptions ladies are very friendly, very knowledgeable of each service and are able to confidently answer all questions in relation to health and personalisation of services. I have tried the red light therapy, cryotherapy, infrared sauna and leg compression with immediate results.

A perfect new place for body healing. New all-in-one technologies to take your body to depth of rejuvenation in a short time; perfect for Hong Kong life. I’ve always felt that healing our bodies from stress and toxin can only do so much with massages and mindful therapy. Though it’s my first time trying Cryo Therapy today, I instantly felt awesome and then a sense of well-being enveloping my mindset.
