Listen!!!! When I say good customer service I mean good customer service. She is patient, she made me feel so comfortable. I called her and spoke to her prior to booking to explain my concerns and she was so gentle. She wears her mask straight through the session, sanitizes all her brushes IT WAS LITERALLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!

This visit was a follow up and it was an encouraging one. I've tried my best to stick to the regime Angelisa set out for me to repair and eventually grow my hair and her feedback was good for me. She identified that my hair texture feels less coarse and the look of it is improving i.e. more sheen. I was given additional instructions and some tweaks to my routine that I'll be following. We had an amazing experience at the Kingston location!!! The massages and pedicures were great, and our technicians were so thorough and professional. I love their vibrant personalities and they make you feel so comfortable if they suspect discomfort in any way. The experience at Stash Beauty has always been awesome. This is my second visit for a micro-needling session, and I have no complaints. Her level of professionalism and customer service is remarkable. A 5-star rating is too low. I had bought the treatment on Gustavo, and she advised me that I would need at least three treatments. The deal had expired, and she had it extended so that I could purchase the other two treatments at the discounted price. This is exceptional customer service!!!

Sssssooooooo........I loved my experience. First timer. The customer service was very warm which is a plus, because giving someone an opportunity to cut & comb my hair is quite personal, plus with my condition (alopecia on both sides of my head) they had patience with me, providing me with the necessary information for my future hair care. And I must say I was timid at first with the 1st big chop but yaadie girl LOVES the end result! Thank you guys. You will definitely be seeing me again.
