Had a great experience with Aracely! She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I got a wax and a facial, and both were excellent. The waxing was thorough with great attention to detail, and my skin felt amazing after the facial. The place was clean, relaxing, and everything was handled professionally. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Madrid. Highly recommend Aracely to anyone looking for quality men’s grooming!

I had a deep cleansing acne facial with Kris and it was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. It was clear she really knew what she was doing — from the techniques she used to how she explained everything along the way. My skin has never looked this clear! I noticed a visible difference almost immediately, and I’m so happy with the results. Highly recommend Kris to anyone struggling with acne or just looking for a really effective, professional facial. Definitely will be back!

My experience was Superb! It was very relaxing and calming experience for me. She really takes you away from your everyday life, for a more calming serene experience. I haven't had a facial in over 4 years. It was a blessing my mom gifted me with a facial with Freqncy Skin, as she spoke good things about her as well.. She was very welcoming and is very knowledgeable about skin care. The room was very calming and relaxing. As the facial was beinning, I was already looking forward to coming back. Definitely a pleasant experience and would highly recommend Freqncy Skin for a facial experience!

Amazing back massage and facial by Cansel and fabulous French nails by Leni. This salon never disappoints and the atmosphere is lovely. Just listening to the chat between staff, the vibe is always women supporting and encouraging each other, which is then passed on to their clients. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Had the most fantastic 1 hr facial and massage with Bridget today. It was exactly what I needed for my skin and to de stress before an operation I am having next week. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. Very professional, thorough and enjoyable.

First time at the lux My girlfriend got a facial and nails. Looks great and happy, nice. Had a knot in my back and tension. Had a great experience with trinity. Very nice girl, knowledgeable and listened. Back massage was fire, and I feel asleep during the foot massage. Will come back. Front desk was very nice and the atmosphere was pleasant.

My first facial was wonderful and very relaxing. Joy explained every step clearly and gave a great massage. She is a warm, friendly person with a kind heart. The pedicure that followed was skillfully done with flawless polish. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Would definitely come back and recommend their services. Also, the views from the rooms are a bonus. Beautiful Kelowna skyline.

Amazing ! Booked in last minute with my mum for a pamper session and the back massage, facial and Indian head massage were absolutely amazing.
