Alex was such a lovely lady she was so professional and polite throughout, I had my patch test 48 hours before the treatment then I went back 48 hours later, she understood what I wanted and I was so happy with my new eyebrows. Katie recommended the radio frequency facial when discussing my skin concerns so gave it a go and couldn’t believe the instant results. My skin felt so much tighter and firmer straight away. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Enjoyed my hydration facial so relaxing and a massage which was much needed. Katie uses lovely smelling products and could send me to sleep in 5 minutes if we didn’t natter so much 😂 will be back again soon.

Ive had the most wonderful treatment today, 30 minute back massage with a beautiful relaxing facial. The secret salon is so inviting, warm and cosy. The treatment bed was lush, so comfortable and heated. I was even treated to a warming hand treatment as a January offer. As a therapist myself, it’s so difficult to actually stop and have some me time. But today I made that time. And I’ve rebooked! I can’t wait for my Feb appointment. I went to Katie for a facial and back massage and can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever had!! I’ve had them at champneys, hoar cross hall and Bannatyne’s and she beats them all 👍🏻 Would definitely recommend it’s a lovely setting and lovely service thanks so much Katie xx

I had a facial and I noticed the benefits immediately. My skins now feels so hydrated and soft and has such a lovely glow to it. I had the most relaxing hour and a half with Katie. She truly understands her craft and puts 110% into everything. I’d highly recommend Katie to anybody, not only was she knowledgeable she is a really lovely person too! She’s created the most perfect cosy atmosphere and I felt very at ease and calm with her. Shes very professional and I’m honestly over the moon with the results. Thankyou again! x

Just absolutely delightful! I try to maintain regular skin care routine, supplemented with Katie's facial as a few years ago I was really struggling with adult acne. What a difference now, Katie often gives me lovely feedback on "the glow". More over than this, Katie's treatment allows my busy mind to rest - not an easy thing to achieve! So it's a great bit of self care 😊

I love my facials with Katie. The salon is such a relaxing environment and Kate goes out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable. She also makes recommendations based on your skin and I really enjoyed the hand and arm massage whilst under the LED lamp this time. There’s such a huge improvement in my skin this morning.

Every treatment with Katie is lovely & relaxing - her salon is a real haven from the world! Katie is really intuitive if I want to chat she will chat to me throughout, if I want quiet she will respond in kind - thanks Katie - a real skill! The radio-frequency facial is amazing & my face really is lifted and skin texture is lovely, I’ve noticed my nasal fold lines & jawline have reduced hugely a massive result! I used to travel for 40 mins each way for my facials as couldn’t find anyone I’d trust locally with specialist treatments - thank goodness I found Katie as she’s 10 minutes drive. ❤️

I usually go for eyebrows, lashes or a Dermaplane, which are all excellent treatments, but this time I opted for the winter warmer facial. A relaxing back massage to start followed by a lovely facial. I would highly recommend that you try this. I felt so relaxed and pampered. Thank you so much Katie

At 35 weeks pregnant I have just visited Katie’s lovely salon for a pregnancy pamper package that she put together for me - including a facial, head massage, arm and hand massage. She ensured I was completely comfortable and tailored it to my needs and to be pregnancy-safe. A fabulous experience, SO relaxing and my skin now feels amazing. I left feeling the best I have done in 9 months… My only regret is that I did not start having pregnancy treatments with her sooner! Highly recommend, I can’t wait to go back!
