I had a Signature Facial with Claire and it was probably one of the best facials I have ever had. I walked in with a bad headache and between the calming scents of the products used, the massage on my face, the steam and the frozen globes used, I walked away headache-free, feeling and looking refreshed and feeling just overall relaxed. Claire, you are amazing and I will be back!

Truly a beautifully and thoughtfully designed space. Had a massage with Afiea, using techniques she learned in Thailand. One of the best massages and just overall relaxing experiences I can remember. An excellent addition to West Seattle. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic time at my appointment. I appreciate Felicia and her kindness. I had my first micro needling session and I was incredibly nervous but she made my visit so comforting. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable, I trust her 100% and I’m excited to come back here.

Braeden consistently brings out the best in my hair and is incredibly talented in all avenues of design. Tiffany provided a facial waxing, which I had never had before, and the process and healing was pain free. The studio space is luxurious and welcoming, you will be amazed!

Wow! I have had many facials in the last 5 years -and this was amazing! She really takes her time and relaxes you. She was very nice and professional. I had the Spanish lymphatic massage facial so good and my skin feels and looks great. Really needed that. And I love the products she used. It’s hard to find a good salon and this one is definitely worth it.

Stellar experience with Tiffany. She was warmly welcoming and offered great skincare knowledge without flooding my brain. I loved the lymphatic facial massage! I really appreciate Tiffany’s willingness to wear a mask and run the HEPA I brought for airborne precautions. My family is immunocompromised and this is my first facial in a decade. I enjoyed the time and will definitely be back.

My first visit to Ginko House and I already can’t wait to go back. I had my very first Thai massage with Afiea and WOW. I truly don’t think I can ever go back to a regular massage now. 😂 I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it felt like being guided through the most incredible stretch/recovery session. You can immediately tell Afiea is deeply passionate about what she does and incredibly intuitive in her work. I also had a facial with Tiffany and it was such a calming experience. Her touch was so gentle and relaxing that I felt at ease instantly. My skin was absolutely glowing after.

I had an amazing experience with Kate at European Beauty! She is incredibly attentive; she even reviewed my home products and gave expert advice. While the deep cleansing worked, Kate pampered me with a wonderful head and hand massage—a lovely surprise! She was gentle, thorough, and explained every step without unnecessary small talk. Her facial and shoulder massage was pure bliss; she has "magic" hands! No pushy sales, just honest, helpful recommendations. I’ve already recommended her to all my friends. Kate is a true gem!

Ashley was a dream! She creates a calm space where you can’t help but slip into deep relaxation. Her hands are so gentle and my skin looked glowy and nourished after my facial. The salon (Ginkgo House) where she works is a vibe too. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend you check out all the offerings they have. I can’t wait to go back!

Today I had a facial peel with Chloe. The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Chloe was very knowledgeable about the procedure, which was my first time getting. She also made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire service. She certainly knows what she is doing and I left with the glowiest skin I have ever had! Can’t wait to go back to see her for my next service.

I recently had an amazing Thai foot massage, and it was exactly what I needed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. Afiea was so professional, attentive, and made sure I was so comfortable throughout the experience. The massage itself was incredible — the perfect balance of pressure and technique. She focused on all the right pressure points, relieving tension and pain I had in my feet and ankles for years! I left feeling refreshed, free of pain and capable of freely moving in my own feet again! I will definitely be going back to Ginkgo House again!

Loved my facial at Gingo House with Ashley. Such a beautiful place! Ashley was wonderful- working her magic. I was so relaxed I fell a sleep. Such a nice experience. I highly recommend Ashley and i highly recommend visiting Gingo House.
