I've been a manual therapy client of Aaron's for nearly a year now benefitting from his increased skillset as time has gone by. He really cares about his clients and does additional courses if he thinks it will benefit them. He is professional, very skilled, consistent, thorough, kind, compassionate and so well priced for the in-depth and varied treatments he does. Really importantly he has an Infection Prevention Control certificate which is really reassuring with the kinds treatment he does. I cannot recommend him enough. 5⭐all day

I went to AG-RO Fitness specifically to have soft tissue therapy for a pre-existing issue on a specific body part. Aaron put me at ease as soon as I walked in. He discussed my issue and the treatment plan and ensured I was happy before we started. During the treatment Aaron periodically asked if I was ok comfort-wise and therapeutically. Each treatment I felt some relief during the massage but most of the relief happened afterwards. I have had at least 10 treatments from Aaron and will be having many more for both for immediate relief and purely for maintenance.

I returned to Aron this week post half marathon. Today I had a sports massage which focused on my legs, Aron helped remove tightness, knots, and help me to stretch! It was definitely needed. Thank you ☺️

Aron helped get my legs and hips ready for my half marathon. I left feeling lighter, more flexible and relaxed. I also had a trapped muscle in my neck which had been causing me pain the last week. The pain has completely disappeared and I feel ready to take on the half marathon. Thank you!
