Coming back from breaking my foot almost a year ago and all the problems which have flowed from that and now less than 3 weeks off from London Marathon - I certainly would not be at this point in my training without her! It was a gift that lead me to Sarah. I was a little apprehensive as I have a frozen shoulder and some other issues surrounding my shoulder/neck area. However, Sarah listened to my concerns and concentrated on these areas to help release stiffness and provided me with some exercises to continue on my journey to recovery. I will certainly return for not only physio but relaxation sessions.

Love this place! I’ve had such a good experience here. I’ve had a really good facial and have already been back 3 more times since☺️ I only recently moved to the area and I’m so glad I found this gem 💎 I started using the products she recommended and I’ve genuinely seen a big improvement in my skin. It looks healthier and feels so much better. She really knows her stuff and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. The space is lovely too, super peaceful and relaxing which just makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking after your skin ✨

Selina truly is a skin angel and I couldn’t be more thankful for all that she has done so far. I am someone who has low confidence and has always struggled with my skin, but Selina has shifted the way I feel when I look in the mirror and I am excited about the skin journey I am on. She really takes the time to explain the process of the treatment and regularly checks in along the way. I have full trust in Selina to take care of my skin and I would shout from the rooftops about how amazing she is. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to embark on a journey to love their skin.

This was my consultation today for tattoo removal. Richard was very friendly, professional and honest which i really respect. Im due to start my removal journey next week and know ill be in good hands.
