I went to Sian at Align Therapy in Swansea after 2–3 months of shoulder pain, worried I’d damaged my rotator cuff. Thankfully, it turned out to be muscle tension, and after just one treatment I felt so much better! Sian is professional, kind, and so easy to talk to — I only wish I’d gone sooner instead of waiting months. After three treatments I feel as good as new, and I even tried acupuncture today which was a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I'm delighted to see how well she and her team have settled into their new premises, which perfectly reflect their ethos and quality of treatments. I wish you all a long, happy and fruitful future.

I cannot recommend Sam enough. After suffering with my back for years, seeing several physio/ ostepaths I can finally say I’m in no more pain. Sam is professional and very experienced.

First time to visit Align Therapies. A great experience and I would highly recommend Henry. He took a thorough history and then he worked on a painful hip that I had put up with for almost a year. I went in with pain and came out pain free and feeling so much more flexible. Thank you so much.

Fran is the most talented skin aesthetician I have ever encountered and I have been receiving skin treatments and beauty treatments for years! I live in London and will travel specifically to Fran’s salon in Swansea because I am yet to find work as good as hers! She is also friendly, honest and the sweetest person! I've been seeing Bethan at Swansea Bay Osteopathy for over a year, and she's been fantastic. She's professional, explains the treatment clearly, and is very flexible with appointments. The clinic is welcoming, and Bethan's warm, friendly nature makes sessions easy and comfortable. She also provides tailored home workouts and can combine acupuncture with physio when needed. Sessions are reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Found Swansea Health Solutions on the internet following recommendation from the consultant to find a good sports injury clinic. Since the first appt Gareth has been great and since during our follow up appt’s. My teenage son is receiving treatment for an ongoing knee injury. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend.

I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

Been going to frequent appointments with Kema @ Swansea Bay Osteopathy for the last month for a knee injury. He’s got excellent knowledge and is very friendly. He’s helped with recovery during sessions and gives advice / exercises to do when at the gym to aid with the injury too. Would definitely recommend.
