Have been seeing Gigi for 3 months. She has been brilliant. Helping me with exercises for my shoulder and knee. Really seen an improvement. Would definitely recommend.

Had an appointment with Susanna with a rotator cuff issue. Found the root cause and went through some rehab exercises and massage to alleviate the discomfort. Obviously has great knowledge and explained the processes I will need to go through moving forward. Thanks!

After years struggling with a bad back and related ailments I went to Elite Physio who have helped me build strength and improve my symptoms. Simple clear and effective support and instruction. 10/10

A friendly wonderful Physio. I really felt the difference and would definitely recommend them. Physical health and wellbeing is so important. I'm sure I'll be revisiting them again for an update to ensure I can keep fit for years to come.

Nathan was brilliant. He gave me a massage and physio on my lower back. He also did Glute release as I have got sciatica. I feel so much better now, can highly recommend Nathan and I'll be back for another treatment.

I have had 3 appointments to date with elite physio and which have resulted in very thorough assessments with excellent advice and treatment plans. I have noticed significant improvements in a very short space of time.

Linsey is a fabulous physio. She is experienced & knowledgeable. She listens carefully and gives considered advice. She is also fun & very friendly. With her help, and a series of exercises over a couple of months my shoulder issue of several years is resolved. I am delighted. Highly recommend her.

Always a pleasure coming to see Susana. She'll fix anything that's wrong with you and she's so knowledgeable, it's very impressive. I've been several times over the years with different gym related issues. You walk in her room, she asks you some questions, asks you to do a few movements and gets straight to the root of the problem no messing! Me and my friend joke, we both call her "The Healer" and she definitely is! Cant recommend her enough! If your hesitant to go see a physio there's no need to be. Just go and see Susana at Elite Physio in Bowdon. She'll have you back in tip top shape.

I have just finished a course of 10 rehab and pilates sessions with Susanna at Elite following a fractured femur earlier this year. Under her guidance i have made excellent progress in my recovery and am almost back to normal activities. Along with the treatment at Elite , Susanna gave me exercises to do at home also to aid the recovery. I highly recommend her.

Kajol was incredibly thorough & helpful. My pelvis is misaligned & the exercises she gave me are already helping to address this after only a few days & to reduce the pain. Sadly I don’t live locally or I would’ve 100% booked a course. Would highly recommend!

Very attentive and got right into the treatment straight away . I have had good relief from the pain I was in my neck and look forward to having another session to perhaps get rid of it completely. The only downside was that the room was so cold .
