Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

Always a great experience with Mel, I had a Vitaran top up which I have had before, but great to learn about some new treatments especially the charcoal facial which I have now booked. Highly recommend Mel.

I was so comfortable with Trish, conversation flowed, the massage was extremely relaxing whilst working out some kinks. Trish was always checking that the pressure was ok and made me feel extremely relaxed. Will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Had to have my colour and cut fixed after a few bad decisions and outcomes at another salon. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Hayley listened to what I was after, accommodated a last minute appointment booking and did absolute magic with my hair! Well pleased.

Always professional and gives good advice! Helps you to identify your goals and sends exercise/therapy plan online with video links on how to complete the exercise. (Good for me who has a memory like a sieve!) would definitely recommend.

Five star treatment from Eleanor. I love every step of this treatment from the double cleanse, to the micro needling to the ice globes finished off with the red light therapy. You always feel like it’s your first time coming here. Always impressed with the professional service

Meicha was friendly and welcoming, remembering my previous visit and asking about my wedding and family, which made the experience feel personal. She offered a steam cleanse before the microneedling session, and the post-treatment face mask and LED light therapy were very relaxing. I’m so pleased I was able to return for another treatment. I also love that you receive post-treatment exfoliation cleanser and recovery cream to take home. I can’t wait to see my glowy, rejuvenated skin and to come back for another treatment. Thank you!

This young lady is so professional, knowledgeable and approachable. She explains everything she is doing and why and then sends an exercise plan to help mobility. I intend to have a monthly visit with her, to keep myself as mobile as possible in my old age😀!

I had my first treatments yesterday with Bryony, PRP and Botox. I was quite nervous when I went in but Bryony put me at ease straight away and I soon relaxed. I was surprised at how easy the treatments were, I hardly felt a thing and it was soon over. It was lovely to relax at the end with the light therapy. Today I have woken with no bruising and very little swelling which goes to show how good Bryony is at what she does! Can’t wait to see the results in the coming weeks and looking forward to my next PRP in a months time.

My experience at Meicha’s clinic was superb from start to finish. Lucy, who runs the online correspondence, was very knowledgeable and helpful about my appointment. On arrival, the clinic room was beautiful, calm and relaxing and Meicha herself was very warm and welcoming. Having never had microneedling before, she was attentive to explain the process in detail and also check in with me during the process. After, I enjoyed the refreshing face mask massage and LED therapy too! I cannot wait to see the results in a few weeks time ready for my wedding! Would highly recommend.

How to get "pretty" feet? Visit Claire for a friendly, professional service. It's always a good day when having a bit of "me" time. Claire is very easy going, & has a lovely personality. Always happy to see her, feeling better than when I arrive. Also, with my feet in better condition after good "therapy" from Claire.
