Nichola was amazing from start to finish! Listened to everything I said about current circumstances and sent me extra info afterward to help (even things not related to treatment). Felt super comfortable and at ease from the very start and can tell there is genuine investment from Nichola to her patients. This was my second visit to RSB Aesthetics for dermoplaning. Like the first time I found the experience very relaxing. Romi (apologies if I misheard your name! 😊) is lovely and friendly. She tailored my treatment to my poor old faces needs with great results. It’s fantastic to find somewhere in Blackburn that offers a great, friendly service from someone so trustworthy. I have no doubt I will be returning in a month or so! Xx❤️

As always I have left feeling relaxed, the tension and tightness in my shoulder muscles have been eased. The improvement I have felt from when I began my sessions a few years ago until now is massive. I can't recommend Nichola highly enough.
