Beth is an outstanding massage physiotherapist. She listened carefully to my concerns and took detailed notes about my issues. Her technique was perfectly balance annd firm enough to be effective yet gentle where needed. She focused specifically on my problem areas with skill and precision. My hydrofacial was amazing and so relaxing and my Botox was done so well. Kate is so welcoming and caring. I’m not very good with needles and usually faint, but Kate made sure to keep my comfortable and safe which meant I didn’t faint. Her space is beautiful and well thought out which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Kate, I’ll be back soon!

I had a car crash 4 years ago I’ve had loads of physio acupuncture ect my shoulder has been restricting me with so many things even to hold my toddler , today I had an appointment with Karl words can not explain how incredible he is the treatments he has done has made me feel like a new woman I have 0 pain in my shoulder I have movement in any way I lift my arm I honestly would pay way more for this treatment then what it is he is a miracle worker . Thank you so much

I met Andrew for the 1st time yesterday and had a sports massage and cupping therapy for my lower back pain and tightness. Andrew quickly went to work on me and relieved the tension in my back and hip flexors. He has a plethora of knowledge and certainly knows what he is doing. Was a very pleasant experience and I found he easy to talk to. He's a very pleasant and polite young man. Will definitely be going back. Thanks Andrew.

First visit 20th May and was very pleased with the explanation from the consultant. I understood what the procedure would entail and what I had to do at home to help heal the affected area. A return visit has been arranged.

Absolutely Amazing !!! One session and the difference it’s made has been unbelievable. So having really struggled with lower back pain / sciatica for more than 15 years and having surgery , chiropractor, osteopath, physio and all other stuff many times … I can honestly say this is the best treatment I’ve ever had and my back feels amazing after just 1 session !!!
