Kathy is an expert at her job. I told her it was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I explained that I preferred a more natural look — not thick or heavy lashes. She explained the types of lashes that would suit the shape of my face and guided me through the process. She was very gentle and careful with her work, and the results turned out clean and beautiful. I also added eyebrow waxing and tinting, and everything was done perfectly. First visited the salon 3 weeks ago. Salon is beautiful and the ladies are so welcoming and friendly. You really feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. A perfect place fo relaxation and beauty treatments. Both visits have been for my nails. Getting builder gel and polish to help my brittle nails to stop breaking. Couldn't be happier with how much it's helped. Already booked myself in next week for lash lift and brow wax. Can see myself visiting weekly for a little pampering.

Just had my first eyebrow waxing appointment with Ina. She was very professional and welcoming. After numerous failed appointments with other establishments, I expressed my concerns with Ina. She immediately made me feel at ease explaining she will map out my brows and show me during the process which I appreciated very much. Assured me if something was off, I could change it if needed. At the end of my appointment I looked into the mirror and adored my eyebrows. Ina listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it with precision and professionalism. Cannot recommend her enough!!

M-plified’s two-therapist approach worked brilliantly. They waxed in tandem, then one applied cooling gel while Malini performed the laser, making the session efficient and distracted from discomfort. The sensation was very manageable, with only mild pinpricks over bony areas like toes, knees or where the hair was thicker. Malini kept moving between treatment areas, which made it more comfortable. If you’re looking for meticulous hair removal, this is a great place. They ensure no hairs are missed and carefully remove ingrown hairs after waxing. It was a clean and efficient experience.

I've been going to Kerryn for the past few months to get my eyebrows waxed. Previously I was getting them threaded elsewhere so was nervous to go back to waxing but she takes her time with them, works her magic and they always look amazing. Highly recommend 🙌

BEST WAXING EXPERIENCE EVER - IVE had some waxes in the past but none compare to Amita. I had the Hollywood wax and it was soooo much less painful and generally a very calm and serene environment to get waxed in. I put my full trust in Amita - definitely check her out if you’re in the Wong Chuk Hang/Southern District Area!!!

I first went to this place to try it out and I instantly loved it. I lost their contact info and googled maps this place bc I refuse to go anywhere else & luckily I found it again. I’m use to extensions so I wanted to try the natural lift and tint. And Phoebe gave me the length and volume I needed. She offered her eyebrow waxing, at first I was hesitant bc I am very picky. But omgoshhhhhhhhh my eyebrows are perfect. So not only is this my fav lash place they became my fav eyebrow place too!!!!
