I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Great sports massage by Chris ,a proper MOT, went with bad back ,left more relaxed and being able to do my shoe laces up.Highly recommend it

Snezhana was amazing! Just the right balance of functional sports massage and relaxing (I could fee that the muscles were being worked without feeling like I was being tortured as often sports massage can make you feel! lol) I will definitely be back!

I had a sports massage with Eva and she was absolutely incredible. I’d done something to my knee over the weekend and my shoulder was also really sore, and she helped work through both issues straight away. Eva is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, and you can tell she really understands the body and how everything connects. I left feeling so much better.

I booked in for a sports massage but it was much more indepth and thorough. Jason's assessment, treatment and recommendations of exercises to complete at home has made an improvement in how I feel, my flexibility and discomfort. He was welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my appointment. Great value for money, and I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic & Wellness.

The most amazing sports massage from Eva. She took the time to really understand what I was struggling with and then used a variety of techniques to alleviate my pain. Afterwards, Eva gave me extra information and exercises. Highly recommend!

Jason.......Sports Massage I had a deep/ soft tissue sports massage with Jason yesterday. It was a very good experience and I felt really good after. Jason was very reassuring and explained each step to me. Having had deep tissue sports massages in the past, I was a bit concerned, due to the previous ones having been a bit to painful for my liking. But Jason put me at ease all the way. The massage was firm but not uncomfortable, and I felt so much better after. I thoroughly recommend this deep/ soft tissue massage. Thank you so much Jason.

Jason was amazing. Very patient and informative. He massaged my legs and my knee issue which had been agony is now much less painful. He gave some very helpful advice about looking at how I walk and his explanation of my knee issue was comforting .
