Catrin is a fantastic hairdresser and I have no hesitation in highly recommending her. She really listens to what you want and always delivers fabulous results. Absolutely amazing colour by Jo,my hair had been almost ruined by a "home hairdresser"and I was so distraught. Jo knew exactly what to do to sort it out and it now looks stunning I had the best scalp massage by the young lady working there(sorry can't remember her name)At last someone who can "do hair ".

Such a pleasure to meet Nicky in this friendly salon. My experience was terrific for the entire time. Requests were listened to advice given then a really fabulous haircut which was so desperately needed. I really enjoyed my visit and booked a colour treatment and a further trim with Nicky, a really gem. Thank you .

Worth the search for a great haircut and friendly atmosphere!

I decided to use Gloss Hair Lounge after seeing all the positive comments about this Salon, Michaela listened to what I wanted and she certainly delivered. My hair looks and feels amazing, she even talked me through every step of the process and took her time, I didn’t feel that my treatment was rushed and could see that Michaela was very passionate on what she does. I was also told what products and how to maintain and look after my hair when for when I was home. I have fell back in love with my hair, thank you Michaela!

Lovely welcome. Pleasant hair wash and head massage. Brilliant cut by friendly stylist Jo….and a cup of tea and biscuits too.
