Located conveniently on the high street in Canton, the massage studio is clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Lek was extremely professional and attentive throughout the entire session. She took the time to check in regularly to ensure I was comfortable and that the pressure was just right. Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing! Ellis is so nice and reassuring! I've never had a sports massage before but Ellis explained everything and didn't push me too much. Afterwards I felt a little tired, but really refreshed! And my legs feel great post marathon! Thank you so much, would highly recommend!

Amazing so relaxing

Louise was really lovely — welcoming, calm and very professional, which made it easy to relax straight away. The massage itself was much more than I expected. It covered head, neck, shoulders and back, and even my feet, which I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. Everything was done with care and the pressure was spot on throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed and much lighter than when I went in. You could tell Louise really wanted you to get the most out of the treatment. I felt properly refreshed from head to toe afterwards. Amazing experience can’t wait to go back again!
